SERIOUS grow setup - priced to sell

I purchased a grow setup (for tomatoes) and used it for only a few days before deciding I didn`t have what it takes to be a farmer. The setup includes a 48x48x78 grow tent, large Adjust-a-Wing hood, Galaxy Select a Watt ballast, Hortilux 400 watt blue and 1000 watt Hortilux flower bulb, super spreader and a Holmes rotating fan. All in all, I paid over $600.00. Everything is in mint condition to include the bulbs (maybe 10 hours on the grow bulb.) I am asking $400.00. This is a great grow setup - just not for me.
